Guide to Sensory Impaired Services

The service is committed to:

		Providing the highest professional standards of individual and team working for sensory impaired children and their families
		Enabling children and young people with sensory impairment to participate in their learning and the decisions concerning their education
		Facilitating communication and good working relationships with families to ensure their full involvement and to inform choices
		Establishing strong links with educational settings, schools, health service, other agencies and the voluntary sector to achieve collaborative working
