The Robert Kumar Fund was set up in 1995 by the Isle of Wight
Music Centre Friends' Association in memory of the late Dr
Robert Kumar with donations from his many friends and
colleagues. In his generous and enthusiastic way Robert
Kumar helped many children buy their own instruments and
encouraged them to enjoy their music-making.
